His move into property wasn't about finding a quick route to easy money. It was about recognising opportunities, understanding the numbers and learning how the right deal could be structured creatively.
Since then, Stuart has been involved in property projects across a range of strategies — from purchasing and refurbishing property to development, serviced accommodation and more complex opportunities.
Along the way there have been successful projects, difficult projects, negotiations, funding challenges and plenty of lessons that simply can't be learned from a textbook.
That experience is now at the heart of Legacy Property Training. The aim isn't to present property as easy. It's to help people understand how opportunities are assessed, how decisions are made and what actually happens once a project moves from an idea into the real world.
