01
THE 2-DAY COURSE

What Am I Actually Booking?

The practical details first. No mystery package, no treasure hunt for the price.

What is the 2-Day Property Course?
It is a practical introduction to property with Stuart Woodings. Across two days, you'll look at how to find potential opportunities, understand the numbers, explore funding and get a clearer understanding of different property strategies.
When is the next course?
The next course is 14 & 15 November 2026, starting at 9:00 AM.
How much does it cost?
Your place on the two-day course is £595.
Where does the training take place?
Legacy Property Training is based at 20 High Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 1SJ. Full arrival information can be sent before the course.
Is this mainly classroom theory?
No. The course is designed around practical property thinking, questions, examples and real experience rather than two days of simply being talked at.
02
EXPERIENCE & SUITABILITY

Do I Need To Know Property Already?

In short: no. You don't need to turn up speaking fluent property-investor.

Is the course suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. It is specifically suitable for people interested in property who aren't quite sure where to begin. You do not need to own an investment property before attending.
What if I already have some property experience?
You can still benefit from seeing how Stuart assesses opportunities and approaches decisions. Bring your own questions and use the two days to challenge and develop your thinking.
Do I need lots of money available to invest?
No. Part of the course is understanding that property deals can be financed and structured in different ways. The purpose is to help you understand the landscape before making decisions.
Do I need to know which property strategy I want to use?
No. You'll be introduced to strategies including buy-to-let, flips and serviced accommodation, helping you understand the differences before deciding what deserves further exploration.
Can I bring a deal or property I'm already looking at?
Bring your questions and ideas. Real examples often make property much easier to understand than discussing everything in the abstract.
03
ON THE DAY

What Should I Expect?

Come ready to ask questions, think about deals and get involved.

Who delivers the course?
The course is built around Stuart Woodings' practical business and property experience, with the focus on how property decisions work in the real world.
Will I be able to ask Stuart questions?
Yes. Asking questions and understanding the reasoning behind decisions is an important part of the experience.
What should I bring?
Bring something to take notes with, any questions you've been storing up and, if relevant, details of property ideas or opportunities you want to understand better.
What time should I arrive?
The course starts at 9:00 AM. Your booking information can include final arrival details so you know exactly where you're going.

05
AFTER THE TWO DAYS

Then What?

The point isn't to leave you with a head full of terminology. It's to help you see your next step more clearly.

What should I leave the course understanding?
You should leave with a clearer understanding of how to identify opportunities, assess basic numbers, think about funding and distinguish between common property strategies.
Will the course tell me exactly what property I should buy?
No. The aim is to improve your understanding and give you practical foundations so you can make better-informed decisions about what you explore next.
What if I want more help afterwards?
Speak to the Legacy team about the training and support routes currently available and which, if any, are appropriate for what you want to achieve.
